Some elements on the exterior of the homes are requiring maintenance. Spring is here and summer is the perfect time to perform outdoor maintenance. Please take a moment to review your home and make preparations for any maintenance needed.

The most common need is maintenance painting, particularly the shutters, trim, front doors, and garage doors.

As a friendly reminder, holiday decorations are required to be removed by January 16th. If you haven’t done so already, please remove your holiday decorations.

The board has been working with a landscape architect to renovate the slope that runs across the back of the property. A landscape plan is being approved by the Orange County Fire Authority. The goal is to have the first phase of the project installed in December.
