Parking Enforcement

The new parking rules are now in effect.  Several homes who qualify for a parking permit have received theirs.  If you are interested in learning how to obtain a parking permit and to see if you qualify, please click on the Documents tab at the top of this page and then click on General.

Welcome Letter from the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors would like to welcome all new homeowners and residents.  The Board has written a letter of helpful information that can be found by clicking on the Board Communication tab at the top of this page.

Request for Candidates and the Annual Meeting and Election

The Annual Meeting to elect or re-elect board members to sit on the Board is scheduled for Monday, November 6, 2017.   All homeowners were recently mailed a request for candidates letter.  Each seat that is up for election will serve a 2-year term.  If you are interested in becoming a member of the board, please return the self-nomination candidate form.  If you have misplaced your form and would like a replacement, please contact Manager Assistants at managerassistants@actionlife.com.  The election ballots will be mailed in late September or early October.
