Faded Paint

Some homes are showing faded areas that are in need of maintenance painting. Please take a look at your home and prepare to paint if needed. This is most noticeable on shutters, trim, and front and garage doors.

Do you see running water or a broken sprinkler in the common area? Please report those to Action Property Management at communitycare@actionlife.com. We will have them repaired by the landscape vendor asap.

Exterior Maintenance

Some elements on the exterior of the homes are requiring maintenance. Spring is here and summer is the perfect time to perform outdoor maintenance. Please take a moment to review your home and make preparations for any maintenance needed.

The most common need is maintenance painting, particularly the shutters, trim, front doors, and garage doors.
