Please keep your property free from weeds and bare spots.

To help control weeds, maintain a thick 2-3 inch covering of mulch.

While some grasses will grow to fill in a bare spot, some varieties do not or won’t grow fast enough.  To fill in a dead or bare spot in the grass, homeowners may need to add one or two applications of grass seed to the bare spot.  A little grass seed will fill in a bare spot within a couple of weeks.
