Exterior Maintenance – Get Rain Ready!

Some elements on the exterior of the homes are requiring maintenance. Please take a moment to review your home and make preparations for any maintenance needed. The most common need is maintenance painting, particularly the shutters, trim, front doors, and garage doors. We are also expecting a very wet winter, so please be sure to check the rain gutters and outdoor drains to make sure they are clear and ready!
